  1. SPONSOR

The Nomadic Concepts Launch Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Nomadic Concepts ("Sponsor").

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who:

• Are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry; and

• Reside in a state where Nomadic Concepts products may legally be sold and shipped at the time of entry and prize fulfillment.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on 06/12/2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on 07/10/2026 at 7:10 PM Pacific Time ("Sweepstakes Period").

Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes through one (1) of the following methods during the Sweepstakes Period:

A. EMAIL NEWSLETTER ENTRY

Subscribe to the Nomadic Concepts email newsletter during the Sweepstakes Period.

OR

B. PURCHASE ENTRY

Make a qualifying purchase through www.mynomadicconcepts.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON.

Regardless of the method used to enter, each participant may receive only one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Participants who both subscribe to the email newsletter and make a purchase during the Sweepstakes Period will still receive only one (1) entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Making a purchase does not increase the odds of winning.

The odds of winning are the same regardless of method of entry.

Automated entries, bulk entries, entries generated by script, bot, or similar methods, or attempts to obtain multiple entries through multiple email addresses or identities are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

  1. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Puffco Prize Pack consisting of:

• One Puffco Pivot
• One Puffco Travel Case
• One Puffco Hot Knife 

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $230.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize component with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding possession and use of the prize items.

  1. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will occur on or about 07/10/2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes.

The selected winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification.

If the potential winner does not respond within the allotted time, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to satisfy any verification requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

  1. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION

Prior to receiving the prize, the selected winner may be required to verify:

• Age (21 years or older)
• Identity
• Residency
• Eligibility under these Official Rules

Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

  1. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, state, likeness, testimonial, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

  1. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By entering through the newsletter signup method, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Nomadic Concepts.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in such communications.

Unsubscribing after entering will not affect an otherwise valid Sweepstakes entry submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

  1. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to the Nomadic Concepts Privacy Policy available on the Sponsor's website.

By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of their information in accordance with that Privacy Policy.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, or corrupted entries

• Technical failures of any kind, including hardware, software, network, website, or internet malfunctions

• Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes

• Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes

• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, legal changes, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, attempts to gain multiple entries, or engages in conduct deemed detrimental to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility and interpret these Official Rules in its sole discretion.

  1. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Nomadic Concepts and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any liability, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

  1. WINNER LIST

To request the winner's first name and state of residence, send an email to info@mynomadicconcepts.com within thirty (30) days following the winner selection date.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

  1. DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Shopify, Klaviyo, Puffco, or any other third-party platform used to promote or administer the Sweepstakes.
