Subscription Policy

Thank you for joining the Nomadic subscription program. Our subscription service is designed to make it easy to keep your favorite products on hand while saving on every recurring order.

By purchasing a subscription from Nomadic Concepts, you agree to the following terms.

Subscription Billing

When you purchase a subscription, your selected payment method will be automatically charged according to the delivery frequency you choose during checkout.

Available delivery frequencies include:

• Every 1 Month
• Every 2 Months
• Every 3 Months

Recurring charges will continue until your subscription is canceled.

Subscription Savings

Eligible subscription products receive a 10% discount on every recurring shipment.

Subscription pricing is reflected at checkout and will continue to apply to future recurring orders unless otherwise communicated.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account.

Depending on your subscription, you may be able to:

• Pause future deliveries
• Skip an upcoming shipment
• Change your delivery frequency
• Update your shipping address
• Update your payment method
• Cancel your subscription

Changes made after a recurring order has been processed will apply to future renewal orders.

Recurring Charges

Your payment method will be charged automatically on each scheduled renewal date.

You will receive confirmation of each successful recurring order.

If a payment cannot be processed, Shopify will attempt to collect payment according to its subscription retry schedule. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled until a valid payment method is provided.

Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped using the same shipping methods as standard orders.

Orders qualify for available shipping promotions based on the value of the recurring order at the time it is processed.

Adult Signature Required deliveries will continue to require an adult signature for every recurring shipment.

State Eligibility

Nomadic Concepts only ships products to states where they are currently permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

If your shipping state becomes ineligible after your subscription begins, future subscription orders may be delayed, canceled, or refunded until shipment is legally permitted.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a shipping address in an eligible state.

Product Availability

We make every effort to maintain inventory for subscription customers.

If a subscribed product becomes temporarily unavailable, discontinued, or unavailable due to changes in applicable regulations, we may delay, substitute (with customer approval), or cancel the affected recurring shipment.

Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your customer account or by contacting Nomadic Concepts Customer Support.

Cancellation requests submitted after a recurring order has already been processed will apply to future renewal orders.

Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled once fulfillment has begun.

Returns

Recurring subscription orders are subject to the same Return Policy that applies to all Nomadic Concepts purchases.
